Recently, we learned from Luzhou Chengtou Static Traffic Operation Management Co., Ltd. that according to the "Luzhou Smart Parking Integration Project Top-level Design Plan", the project will implement intelligent transformation of urban public parking spaces and parking guidance systems in the three districts, and implement unified planning Park on the road and realize intelligent management.

According to the project leader of Luzhou Chengtou Static Traffic Operation Management Co., Ltd., a total of 12,100 smart parking spaces will be included in 

the transformation this time, involving Jiangyang District, Naxi District, and Longmatan District, a total of 12 streets and 279 road sections. Among them, there 

are 5,989 parking spaces in Jiangyang District, 5,099 parking spaces in Longmatan District, and 1,012 parking spaces in Naxi District.

Based on the comprehensive consideration of Luzhou's topography, the project will adopt a technical solution that combines geomagnetism and video, including

 7,315 geomagnetic berths, 3,656 semi-enclosed poleless barrier berths, 1,005 video pile berths, and 124 high-level video berths. At the same time, 93 third-level 

induction screens were set up on the main roads in Jiangyang District and Longmatan District.

After the modification, when the driver parks the vehicle in the parking space, the relevant equipment can automatically sense the arrival of the vehicle and start 

timing. When the vehicle leaves, the sensor will transmit the parking time to the intelligent platform for billing.

The geomagnetic parking space will be manned by inspection personnel. After the car owner parks, the inspection personnel will receive the parking information 

through a handheld device and then arrive at the parking lot to take photos of the parked vehicle and enter the license plate information.

It is reported that these newly installed equipment can provide car owners with parking space inquiry, parking space navigation, electronic payment and other 

functions, realize intelligent parking management in the city, optimize the parking environment, and improve the quality of the city. The construction renovation 

and platform construction are expected to be completed by the end of July. The entire project It will be put into operation in August, and 60% of the berth reconstruction

 has been completed.

There are three main parking payment channels:
